We offer Reiki Training Courses for Reiki Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Reiki Master Teacher to people who would like to give themselves treatments and well as to those who would like to begin their own journey of learning Reiki either for themselves or to help others.
We hold classes beginning on Saturday of every month.

If you are interested in studying Reiki, Rita Daniels is the Master Teacher from whom you should learn. I took a Reiki 1 class with Rita this past July/August 2022 and wow, what an eye opener! I had previously taken a Reiki 1 course in the NC mountains a year prior, but was feeling overwhelmed with all the information I got. It was a one day course with lots of extra modalities, not enough practice, and had a unique way of teaching the hand placements. I think I gave Reiki to only two people over that year because I wasn't confident.
Fast forward one year, I left my teaching position to find my true path, leading me to Rita. After a quick phone chat, Rita invited me over to talk about my Reiki training and lineage. After about 7 and a half hours (no joke, her house is a time warp!) of talking about Reiki attunements, Rita sharing some awesome Reiki experiences, getting me on her table, and giving me advice, I left with a new friend. A couple weeks later I took her Reiki 1 course.
Rita's Reiki 1 course is amazing. It is the true, traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki that is done consistently around the globe. Rita is 5th generation: Usui, Hayashi, Takata, Samdahl, Mooney, Daniels. What I love about Rita's course is how personal it is. We sat over lots of coffee on four consecutive Saturday mornings learning traditional Reiki. Listening to some mind blowing stories of how Reiki has worked with herself and her clients and learning how to heal myself and others is how I like to spend my time. There was so much time to practice on one another (there was another woman in that course) and connect using Reiki circles and just getting to really feel the energy flow.
In just a couple weeks since my attunement from Rita, I've already practiced Reiki on more people than I did in the past year from my previous teacher. I am confident in my Reiki abilities due to her teachings. I learned so much that I am going to take Reiki II with Rita in a few weeks!
